2oz Se Busca Añejo Mezcal
.5oz agave syrup
Dash of chocolate bitters
Orange zest
DIRECTIONS
1. Pour all the ingredients and stir with ice.
2. Garnish with orange zest, maraschino cherry and a dark chocolate chunk.

1oz Sweet vermouth
1oz Campari

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Se Busca Joven Mezcal
0.5 oz lime juice
4 oz Ginger beer
Optional ¼ oz agave 2:1
Garnish cucumber slice, candid ginger, chilli
DIRECTIONS
1. Put all ingredients in a copper mug and stir.
2. Garnish with a cucumber slice and a piece of candied ginger and top with a pinch of ground chile.

2oz fresh lime juice
Fresh cilantro
Salt rim
DIRECTIONS
1. Pour mezcal, agave nectar and fresh lime juice over ice in a glass.
2. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
