Orange slice
Worm salt
Cinammon stick
DIRECTIONS
1. Pour Se Busca mezcal in a jicara or a mezcal clay copita.
2. Accompanied by a half-wheel of orange sprinkled with worm salt.
3. Sip your mezcal slowly, then take a bite of orange, so you keep cleaning your palate and keep tasting.

0.75 oz lime juice
0.75 oz agave nectar
0.5 oz Cointreau or triple sec
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
2. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with a half-smoked salt rim.

2. Stir to mix.

1. Add all ingredients to shaker, shake then pour into a rocks glass.
2. Garnish with a lime wheel with Luxardo Cherry.

2. Serve in a glass rimed with chili & salt.
3. Garnish with cucumber slice.

4 oz Ginger beer
Optional ¼ oz agave 2:1
Garnish cucumber slice, candid ginger, chilli
DIRECTIONS
1. Put all ingredients in a copper mug and stir.
2. Garnish with a cucumber slice and a piece of candied ginger and top with a pinch of ground chile.
